Award Ceremony of the “Teacher Memories” Themed Short Story Contest by the Primary Education Student Community

The award ceremony of the “Teacher Memories” themed short story contest organized by the Primary Education Student Community of Fırat University Faculty of Education was held. Aiming to highlight the human dimension of the teaching profession and the meaningful experiences that take place in the classroom environment, the contest received great interest from teachers and prospective teachers.

The program began with the opening speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Eyüp Bozkurt, Head of the Primary Education Department. Following the opening, the award-winning participants were invited to the stage and read their stories. Ali Temel, Alparslan Kılınç, Zekeriya Koçoğlu, and undergraduate student Ayşenur Vurucu touched the audience with their stories inspired by their teaching experiences.

After the story presentations, the award ceremony took place. The awards were presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Erdal Zengin, Prof. Dr. Eyüp Bozkurt, and Research Assistant Oğuzhan Toker.

We would like to thank Research Assistant Ebuzer Duyu and the Primary Education Student Community for their contributions to the realization of the event, and we wish for the continuation of such cultural and academic activities in the coming periods.
