A Conference on Teaching in the Light of the Maarif Model and Ahi Values Was Held

Prof. Dr. Ayfer Şahin, a faculty member of the Faculty of Education at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, met with academics and students at a conference organized upon the invitation of the Department of Basic Education of the Faculty of Education at Fırat University. The conference, held under the title “Teaching in the Light of the Maarif Model and Ahi Values: The Art of Raising Virtuous and Competent Individuals,” was conducted with strong participation. The conference was moderated by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Nuri Gömleksiz, Dean of the Faculty of Education at Fırat University.

The event was attended by department faculty members, faculty members from the Faculty of Education, and a large number of students from different departments. In her talk, Prof. Dr. Ayfer Şahin addressed the Türkiye Century Maarif Model and Ahi values within the context of the teaching profession, emphasizing the importance of educating virtuous and competent individuals.
