Orientation Meeting Held for First-Year Students

The Department of Primary Education at Firat University Faculty of Education organized an orientation meeting for first-year students. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department, Assoc. Prof. Eyüp Bozkurt, faculty members Assoc. Prof. Muammer Bahşi and Assoc. Prof. Seda Kerimgil Çelik, Research Assistant Ebuzer Duyu, as well as Faculty Secretary Mustafa Giriş, representing the Faculty Administrative Board.

During the meeting, students were informed about the functioning of the faculty, department, and courses. Expectations from the students were also conveyed, and key points to consider throughout the academic process were emphasized.

In addition, the Class Education Student Community was introduced, with a focus on the importance of students’ active participation in social, cultural, and academic activities.

Aimed at facilitating students’ adaptation to the department, the meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session.
